About the Role As a School Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to help pupils feel supported, engaged, and ready to learn. Responsibilities * Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. * Help students access learning, build confidence, and develop independence. * Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. * Build trusting relationships with children and young people. * Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.
