Quality Manager Salary: £74,000 - £78,000 + Car Allowance: £5,750 | Inverness, Scotland | Permanent, Full-Time Posted by Leon | TRIbuild Solutions The Role A major hydroelectric infrastructure project in Inverness, Scotland is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality management function across a technically complex civil engineering programme. This is a permanent role with a leading Tier 1 contractor. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain the project Quality Management Plan in line with ISO 9001 requirements Lead the quality audit programme, carrying out regular inspections and hold point sign-offs Manage the non-conformance process, ensuring NCRs are raised, tracked and closed out effectively Oversee the compilation and review of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across all works packages Provide quality guidance and training to the site and engineering teams Manage the handover documentation process, including as-built records and O&M manuals Act as the primary interface with the client's quality representativesWhat You Will Need Degree qualified or HNC in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related discipline Lead Auditor qualified (ISO 9001) preferred Proven experience as a Quality Manager on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ITPs and hold point procedures Experience with concrete structures, earthworks or water infrastructure quality requirements Excellent attention to detail and strong report writing skillsThe Package Salary: £74,000 - £78,000 per annum Car Allowance: £5,750 Full-time permanent position (45 hours per week) Project based in Inverness, Scotland How to Apply To apply, please submit your CV via CV-Library or contact Leon directly at TRIbuild Solutions.
