Maintenance Plumber Location: City of London Salary: Up to £42,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a prestigious law firm based in the heart of the City of London. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across the firm's modern office facilities, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance. * Diagnose and repair faults on domestic water services and drainage systems. * Maintain hot and cold-water systems. * Conduct routine inspections and compliance checks. * Support general building maintenance activities when required. * Liaise with subcontractors and site management teams. * Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations. Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent). * Previous experience working in a commercial building maintenance environment. * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Good understanding of water hygiene and plumbing regulations. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
