General Sales Manager – Automotive

OTE up to £90,000 + Company Car

We are working with a well-established automotive retail business to recruit an experienced General Sales Manager for a high-volume franchised dealership in West London.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with a strong track record in automotive sales management who can drive performance, develop a successful team and maintain high standards across the department.

Reporting into the senior site leadership team, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the sales operation, including new and used vehicle sales, finance penetration, profitability, stock management and customer satisfaction.

You will be expected to lead from the front, coach and motivate the team, monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve both commercial results and the customer journey.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Current or recent experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager or similar
• Strong franchised dealership experience
• Proven success managing sales performance and profitability
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Strong knowledge of automotive retail KPIs
• A commercial, driven and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence

Package: OTE up to £90,000 + company car
