About the role
Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is seeking customer-focused individuals to join the Business Customer Service Team in Cardiff. You will be the first contact for business and non-household customers, understanding needs and resolving issues with a right-first-time approach.
Candidates should communicate clearly, be professional, empathetic, and adaptable, with basic IT skills and attention to detail. This role is office-based during probation with opportunities for progression and benefits.
