Electrician – Subcontractor Location: South London Contract: Subcontract Day Rate: £235 per day + parking Qualification: 2391 required The Role We are looking for an experienced Electrician with 2391 to carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across South London. The role will primarily involve communal lighting and electrical repairs, alongside domestic repairs and some testing within social housing properties. Duties * Communal lighting repairs and maintenance * Fault finding and electrical repairs * Domestic electrical repairs * Testing and inspection * Some EICR testing * Carrying out remedial works where required * Replacing lighting fittings, switches and sockets * Working within communal areas and residential properties * Completing works safely and to a high standard Requirements * Qualified Electrician * 2391 Testing & Inspection * Previous social housing or maintenance experience preferred * Experience with communal lighting * Own van and tools required * Full UK driving licence * Able to work independently Package * £235 per day * Parking paid * South London * Subcontractor position * Ongoing communal and domestic maintenance works * Testing included
