Supply Chain Specialist

A well-established fresh produce business in Berkshire is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Specialist to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially aware individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for planning, forecasting, logistics, and supply chain coordination within the food sectors.
The Role
* Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Support production planning and stock management activities
* Coordinate supplier forecasts and packhouse stock reports
* Liaise with production, commercial, and logistics teams
* Maintain forecasting systems and planning data
* Monitor supplier documentation and compliance records
* Support service level reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
* Assist with supply chain administration and customer programme management
Requirements
Essential
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Production, or a related field
* Previous experience in supply chain administration, logistics, planning, customer service, or fresh produce operations
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Good numerical and analytical ability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable
* Experience within fresh produce or food manufacturing
* Knowledge of forecasting, stock control, and production planning
* Experience using ERP, planning, or stock management systems
