Were looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to take a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our finished goods Warehouses.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership, coordinate activity and make decisions in a busy manufacturing environment. While the role has no formal line-management responsibility, youll provide day-to-day direction to warehouse activities and available resources.
What youll be doing
A key part of the role will be taking overall responsibility for stock accuracy and control across both finished goods Warehouses. Youll make sure physical stock matches our records, investigate missing or incorrect stock and take issues through to resolution.
Youll also:
- Plan and coordinate stocktakes, including investigating and resolving variances.
- Complete daily stock and barcode checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring high standards of safety, housekeeping and organisation.
- Manage pallet and top-board movements, repairs, recycling and disposal.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Despatch and Finance to resolve operational and stock issues.
- Act as the key operational contact with Junction 4 for pallet movements and repairs.
- Provide operational oversight of our external warehouse.
- Investigate stock queries and customer complaints where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve stock control, efficiency and warehouse processes.
- Provide short-term operational cover for breaks, meetings, projects, sickness and Team Leader holidays.

Were looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident taking ownership.
Youll ideally have:
- Experience in warehouse and/or despatch operations.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on stock accuracy.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The confidence to work with colleagues across different departments.
- The ability to work independently and respond to changing priorities.
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping.
- Experience with warehouse or stock control systems.
- B1 forklift licence desirable.
