This role is pivotal in driving customer loyalty and business growth through strategic planning, value co-creation, and long-term partnerships for UK and Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and Abbott’s portfolio.Build deep understanding of enterprise account needs, stakeholders, and competitive landscape.Consult with customers to deliver insights for clinical effectiveness and operational excellence.Drive market share growth through new business opportunities, contract renewals, and protecting existing business.Lead cross-functional teams to implement account strategies and negotiate profitable contracts.Establish Abbott as a premier performance partner from laboratory leadership to C-suite executives.QualificationsUniversity degree, ideally in medical technology.
