LUX Scotland are seeking an experienced project manager who is passionate about the work of LUX Scotland, and our commitment to support, develop and promote artists’ moving image across the country.
LUX Scotland are recruiting for the role of Learning Programme Manager.
The Learning Programme Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of LUX Scotland’s learning programme that provides professional development opportunities for artists including artist-led workshops, advice sessions, an annual weekend residential event and a series of online learning resources.
The Learning Programme Manager works closely with the core team in the Glasgow office (Director, Public Programme Manager and two Project Managers). Within a collaborative working environment, the Learning Programme Manager also contributes to the development of our wider organisational work.

JOB TITLE: Learning Programme Manager
CONTRACT: Permanent Contract (with 6‑month probation period). Ideally starting in October 2026.
RESPONSIBLE TO: LUX Scotland Director
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Management and delivery of LUX Scotland’s Learning Programme
HOURS: 3 days a week (21 hours) including some evening and weekend work with time off in lieu. Hybrid working on request.
SALARY: £32,640 pro-rata
PENSION: 5% employer contribution (with 3% employee contribution)
HOLIDAY: 25 days per year plus statutory holidays with an increase of 1 day per year worked up to a maximum of 30 days in total.
LOCATION: Based at the LUX Scotland office , Civic House, 26 Civic Street, Glasgow, G4 9RH . The role involves some travel to deliver learning programme events at partner venues across Scotland with occasional travel to the London office, Waterlow Park Centre, London N19 5JF.
