As Head of MFL, you will: Lead, manage and inspire the MFL department across the school Drive high-quality teaching and learning from KS2-KS5 Develop and embed a rigorous, inclusive and engaging MFL curriculum Use data effectively to raise achievement and close gaps Promote languages through enrichment, extra-curricular opportunities and cultural capital What they're looking for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), experience teaching MFL in a secondary school Proven ability to raise standards and improve outcomes Confidence using assessment data to inform teaching and intervention Strong leadership potential and commitment to inclusive practice Ideally, you would also have: Experience teaching A Level Postgraduate study or leadership development qualifications Why choose this school?
