Qualified Health Visitor Band 7 £42,215 - £49,101 per annum (£52,769 - £61,377 pro rata)

Job Summary

Are you a passionate Children’s Nurse with a drive for education, leadership and improving outcomes for children and young people? We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Clinical Educator to lead and develop innovative training programmes that support safe, high‑quality healthcare delivery across schools and community settings.

This exciting role will work closely with NHS Highland paediatric teams, education staff and multidisciplinary partners to provide specialist advice, deliver evidence‑based training, and promote clinical excellence for children and young people with healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with significant paediatric experience, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to education, quality improvement and collaborative working.
