Communications Co-ordinator

Arika is looking for a Communications Co‑ordinator to support our work in Scotland and internationally. This role will work with the Programme team to deliver communications and marketing across all strands of the Programme – Episodes, Local Organising and International projects.

Working Hours & Salary

Part‑time, 15 hours per week over two days, with occasional evening work and additional days around Episodes taken as TOIL. Salary is £14,428 PAYE per annum (FTE £36,070), approximately £1,202 per month before deductions.

Location & Contract

Arika’s office is in central Edinburgh at 311 Cowgate. The role offers a hybrid or fully office‑based arrangement with an expectation to work at project venues when required. Contract runs from the week commencing 27 July 2026 to 31 March 2028, with potential for extension subject to funding.

Holiday Entitlement

7.4 weeks a year (37 days) for full time – equivalent to 15 days a year pro‑rata for 2 days per week.
