Milne Safety is a Health & Safety consultancy and training company based in Wymondham. We work with clients across the UK and are looking for a forklift trainer to deliver these at our Training Centre in Wymondham and our client’s sites.

About the Role
You’ll be crucial in ensuring are customers employees are trained to operate forklifts safely, confidently, and efficiently.

What we are looking for
AITT Preferred but not essential if not ITSSAR, or RTITB instructor certification (required)
Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience
Ability to captivate and engage participants with compelling and interactive training sessions
At least 1 years of proven experience in training delivery
Experience using a variety of training techniques and methodologies
A self-starter who is motivated, independent, and possesses a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Deliver engaging and comprehensive forklift training programs at our Wymondham Training Centre as well as at our clients sites
Conduct in-person training sessions, ensuring participants are fully involved
Provide training in compliance with accredited standards
Maintain a professional demeanour and establish rapport with customers during on-site visits
