Technical Administrator Opportunity!    This role is office based in Jarrow for a fabulous SME! This is a newly created position!    WHATS IN IT FOR YOU Basic Salary – £28-£32k per annum depending on experience. Equivalent of £15.38 – £17.58 per hour DOE. Holidays – 25 days plus bank holidays 35 hour working weeks. Pension – Government standard pension Hours of work – 9-5 Monday to Friday Office based position in Jarrow Really relaxed atmosphere with a very strong SME culture    THE BUSINESS Our client is a fantastic SME with a brilliant reputation. They specialise within the Manufacturing industry and are seeking to appoint a Technical Administrator to assist with managing documentation and compliance files. THE ROLE Supply chain information grabbing, contacting clients to remain compliant with projects. Creating a database, ie a document management system Helping engineers with compliance documents, ensuring everything is documented and registered correctly   Reviewing standards, looking at industry changes and helping business remain compliant Product support, working with engineers and wider team to keep on top of files and compliance   General administration, including data sheets Assisting with internal audits in terms of documentation Working with all suppliers, customers and internal colleagues. This role will involve phone work and very occasional teams calls work, mainly to gain information from clients and customers. THE PERSON Attention to detail Technical administration experience Some form of compliance experience would be very beneficial Happy to make phone calls as and when required to gain information from clients Very comfortable working with data Can easily commute to Stanley 5 days per week Willingness to be trained and learn the industry standards TO APPLY Please apply for this position and your CV will go direct to Westray Recruitment Group
