About the role
What you'll be doing
Coordinating site mobilisation and demobilisation activities across multiple construction projects.Acting as the main point of contact between project teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.Attending sites throughout the UK to oversee and support setup activities.Developing and managing mobilisation programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.Monitoring supplier performance and proactively resolving issues to maintain service levels.Ensuring all site setup requirements are accurately ordered, tracked and completed within agreed timescales.Producing reports, management information and project updates for stakeholders.Maintaining accurate project records, documentation and file management systems.Supporting project teams with enquiries and providing practical solutions to site challenges.Promoting and maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance.Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.Building strong working relationships with internal teams, clients and supply chain partners.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex activities while delivering excellent customer service.You will have:Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.The confidence to work independently and build relationships at all levels of an organisation.Experience coordinating logistics, mobilisation activities, facilities, construction support services or site operations.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.The flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and occasionally stay away from home.Essential QualificationsCSCS Card (Labourer level or above).CITB SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.Desirable Qualifications & ExperienceNVQ in Construction Supervision or Management.Previous construction or site-based experience.CPCS Appointed Person qualification.First Aid at Work certification.Fire Awareness Training.Vehicle Marshal (Banksman) qualification.
