Sales and Service Advisor

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Service Advisor to join their reputable independent motor trade business in the Belfast region. The Sales and Service Advisor position offers a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales and workshop operations. This is an ideal position for individuals with experience in customer-facing roles within the automotive industry, looking to develop their career in a vibrant environment. Benefits: Basic salary up to £24,960 per annum Bonus potential of up to £560 per month (OTE £31,680) Monday to Friday working hours, 9am–5pm, with no weekends Full training and ongoing support provided Opportunities for career growth within the branch network Company pension scheme and uniform providedDuties as a : Provide outstanding customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email Advise customers on products and services, processing orders efficiently and accurately Manage bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and workshop services as the Sales and Service Advisor Ensure stock is received, displayed correctly, and maintained to optimise sales Assist the workshop team by coordinating workflow and providing timely updates Handle financial transactions including cash, banking, invoicing, and credit processing Maintain accurate administrative and filing systems Uphold health & safety standards and maintain a tidy, professional environmentRequirements: Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or motor trade capacity Strong organisational and communication skills Confidence in handling sales transactions and basic administration A proactive attitude toward customer care and sales support Full UK driving licence (essential) Forklift licence desirable but training can be arrangedIf you are an experienced Sales and Service Advisor with a drive for delivering excellent customer experiences and have an interest in the automotive or trailer industry, this position is an excellent fit.
