Job Description Employment Partner | Bristol | National Law Firm | Established Practice | Client Following Required /n Are you an experienced Employment Partner looking for a new platform to grow your practice and take your career to the next level? /n We are working with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking to appoint an established Employment Partner to join its growing Bristol team. /n This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded partner with a strong client following who wants the support, profile and infrastructure of a national firm while retaining the autonomy to develop and grow their own practice. /n The Opportunity /n You will join an established and ambitious employment team advising a diverse portfolio of businesses and senior individuals across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. /n The role will involve: /n Advising employers and senior executives on a wide range of employment matters. /n Handling complex employment disputes and tribunal litigation. /n Advising on senior exits, restrictive covenants, discrimination and whistleblowing. /n Supporting clients with employment aspects of corporate transactions and restructures. /n Developing and maintaining long-standing client relationships. /n Taking an active role in business development and generating new opportunities. /n Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm's wider national network. /n Contributing to the strategic growth of the employment practice in Bristol. /n About You /n We are looking for an established Employment Partner with: /n A strong track record in employment law. /n A portable and demonstrable client following. /n Excellent technical expertise and commercial judgement. /n A strong reputation within the Bristol and wider South West market. /n The ability and ambition to develop and grow a significant practice. /n Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. /n A genuine interest in contributing to the wider success and growth of the firm. /n Whether your background is predominantly contentious, non-contentious or a strong combination of both, we would be interested in speaking with established partners who can bring a strong client base and a clear growth strategy. /n Why This Opportunity? /n This is more than simply a move between firms.
