Part Time CRM & Customer Growth Manager c£40-55k PRO RATA (ie this full time salary will be proportioned to the hours), Depending on Experience Basingstoke VR/10578a This is a great opportunity to join a well-established ecommerce business nestled in the Hampshire countryside. Due to expansion, they are now looking to take on a new Part Time CRM & Customer Growth Manager in a broad and highly rewarding role, for around 20 hours a week You will be joining a friendly, passionate and relaxed team where you can really make an impact. Your skills across strategy, CRM, segmentation, team and agency management will all be put to good use and you will have the autonomy to make this position your own. Your role will involve: * Owning and developing the CRM and customer growth strategies * Identifying ways of improving website conversion & customer experience * Leading, coaching and developing a small team of marketers and agencies * Developing initiatives to grow business with new and existing customers You will be the ideal candidate due to your: * CRM management experience within e-commerce or retail * Customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing skills * Proficiency with Google Analytics and marketing reporting * Ability to manage external agencies * Positive skills with leading and motivating small teams * Adept at using data to make commercial decisions * Website optimisation and conversion rate improvement abilities * Strong project management and excellent organisational skills This is a great chance to join a lovely company within an exciting, newly developed position.
