Concrete Supervisor

Concrete Supervisor - Precast Concrete Location: Colnbrook SL3 We are looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee the production of precast concrete panels ready for dispatch to customer sites. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily production of precast/prefab concrete panels. * Ensure quality, safety, and production targets are met. * Manage and motivate production staff. * Carry out inspections and ensure products meet specifications. * Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules. Requirements: * Proven supervisory experience within a concrete or precast concrete manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of concrete production, reinforcement, moulds, and curing processes. * Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. * Good leadership and communication skills. Qualifications: * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Construction, Manufacturing, or related field. * SSSTS or SMSTS preferred. * CSCS Card preferred.
