• Provide personalised 1:1 and small-group learning support.
• Help pupils participate in lessons and practical learning activities.
• Break tasks into manageable steps and encourage progress at an individual pace.
• Support the development of communication, social skills and independence.
• Work with teachers and other staff to help pupils access learning and achieve their goals.
