Real Estate Lawyer 3-6 PQELeading Scottish law firm are looking to hire a Real Estate lawyer, with circa 3-6 years PQE to join their highly success Property team based in Glasgow.Candidate Requirements:Excellent, in-depth, technical expertise in commercial property.Excellent knowledge of the practice of property transactions.Capable of leading matters/transactions without supervision.Experience in commercial leasing transactions would be a benefit but is not essential.Provide clients with clear, concise, pragmatic, commercial legal advice and guidance.Be able to build strong relationships at all levels with the client.Successfully supervises and delegates work to more junior colleagues.On offer is the chance to join a truly exceptional Real Estate team and be able to join a firm that offers first-class training and development.
