Business & Economics Teacher – Secondary School

Contract: Full-time, long-term supply
Duration: Until Easter, with the potential to extend until July 2027

About the Role

Strategy Education is working with a secondary school in North West London that is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Business & Economics Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be confident teaching both Business and Economics up to KS5 (A-Level) and will be able to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support students in achieving their academic potential.

This is a long-term supply opportunity initially running until Easter, with the possibility of continuing until the end of the academic year in July 2027.

Requirements

Experience teaching both Business and Economics at secondary level, including A-Level.

*

The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5, as required.

*

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

*

QTS or QTLS is desirable; candidates with relevant teaching experience but without these qualifications will also be considered.

Safeguarding

The successful candidate will be required to undertake relevant safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, in line with current safer recruitment guidance.
