The Role
As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of a vibrant, high-volume restaurant bar at the heart of a prestigious Mayfair operation.
You will set the tone for service excellence leading from the front, shaping the guest experience, and ensuring every cocktail, every interaction, and every detail reflects the standards expected by a discerning Mayfair clientele.
Working alongside a talented leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, develop your team, and play a key role in elevating the bars reputation within Londons competitive hospitality scene.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a confident, charismatic Bar Manager who combines strong operational expertise with a genuine passion for hospitality. A genuine people manager who knows how to get the best out of their team.
You will bring:
Proven experience managing a premium restaurant bar, ideally within the Mayfair or Central London market
A track record of running a polished bar operation with exceptional service standards, training programmes, and well-structured processes
Natural leadership skills with the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing bar team
Strong commercial awareness, including labour control, beverage margins, and cost management
Excellent organisation with meticulous stock control and operational discipline
A passion for delivering memorable, luxury guest experiences
Ambition and drive to grow within a successful and expanding hospitality group
