£42,000 Basic OTE £50,000
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor within the social housing sector, looking to add an experienced Service & Breakdown Engineer to their growing team covering Enfield and North London

The Role:
- Service, maintenance & breakdown of domestic gas appliances
- Working in occupied social housing properties
- Covering the West London area
- Average of 10 jobs per day
- Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
Package & Benefits:
- £42,000 basic salary
- On Target Earnings £50,000+
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- 1 in 4 callout rota
- Company van & fuel card provided
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service & Breakdown Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Previous social housing experience (required)
- Full UK driving licence
