Job Description: Cromwell Medical Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 NICU Registered Nurse to join one of our leading NHS clients in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled neonatal nurse to provide high-quality care within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Key Responsibilities * Provide specialised nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns * Monitor vital signs, assess clinical conditions, and respond promptly to changes * Administer medications and follow care plans in accordance with clinical guidelines * Work collaboratively with neonatologists, paediatricians, and the wider MDT * Support parents and families with guidance, education, and emotional care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records * Adhere to all safeguarding and infection-control policies Requirements * NMC Registered Nurse * Minimum 3 years of experience in NICU * Strong clinical skills within Level 2 or Level 3 neonatal settings * Competent in neonatal resuscitation and emergency response * Right to work in the UK * Up-to-date clinical training (e.g., BLS, NLS) Benefits * Competitive agency pay rates * Flexible shifts to suit your availability * Dedicated consultant support * Opportunities across multiple NHS Trusts in London/Kent/Surrey.
