Are you an experienced Children’s Residential Deputy Manager, Team Leader or Senior Support Worker ready to step into a high‑impact leadership role? Join a well‑established OFSTED‑regulated Children’s Residential Home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD).
We’re seeking a compassionate, confident and motivated Deputy Registered Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering exceptional care, ensuring compliance, and creating a safe, nurturing, child‑centred environment.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

Support the Registered Manager with daily operations
*
Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards
*
Lead, mentor and develop staff
*
Oversee safeguarding, risk management and care planning
*
Build strong relationships with families, social workers and external agencies
*
Maintain a safe, stable, homely environment
*
Support audits, reporting and continuous improvement
⭐ What You’ll Need
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care – Children & Young People’s Services (or working towards)
*
Experience in a Children’s Residential Home
*
Strong OFSTED and safeguarding knowledge
*
Experience supervising or mentoring staff
*
Driving licence preferred
