*The Role*

As a partner-level lawyer, you will:

* Lead and develop the Wills & Probate team, mentoring junior lawyers and fee earners. * Manage and grow a sophisticated caseload including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Court of Protection matters. * Drive client relationship management and business development, helping to expand the department’s profile across London and the South. * Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm as part of the senior leadership team.

*About You*

The ideal candidate will bring:

* Significant experience in Wills & Probate / Private Client law, ideally with at least 2+ years PQE * A strong track record in building long-term client relationships, including with HNW clients and complex estates. * Commercial awareness and a proven ability to contribute to business development and firm growth. * The confidence and leadership skills to oversee and inspire a busy department. * Experience with LEAP case management software (desirable, but not essential).

Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
