Recruitment Consultant (Property Services)

Parker Jones Group is a recruitment business, created and run by experienced and successful recruiters operating in the Property Services, Building Services, Construction and Defence sectors. We need to grow our highly successful Propery Services team and are now searching for a Recruitment Consultant/s to join our friendly, professional, and ambitious team/s. Year 3 - £60,000p.a. + Roles and Responsibilities You will have the freedom and responsibility to build and nurture business to business relationships with targeted clients, with the aim to secure job vacancies and fill requirements in a timely and effective manner. Build new relationships with clients Maintain active networks of clients and candidates Write job adverts Process applications and CV submittals Advise candidates and clients of the hiring process, best practices, and ways to improve for desired outcomes Arrange interviews and provide interview guidance Negotiate one off and large-scale commercial deals Manage your time effectively to hit target and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £23,500.00 - £28,000.00 per year Work Location: Wickham (outskirts of) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application deadline: 30/04/2026 Reference ID: DSApril26
