Screen Printer Operative - Nights

Our well known client, a Leigh based manufacturer of promotional merchandise are currently looking for suitably experienced Screen Printer Operatives to work within the Print Room. This role is within their screen printing department. Experience on these machines would be preferred, but full training will be given. Please note training can only be given during the day shift therefore for the first weeks you would have to work on the day shift Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. This is a temporary to permanent position with huge scope for career progression and offers a pay increase after a successful probationary period. Shifts and Hours Sunday to Thursday 6 pm to 2 am Other duties include : Lifting of boxes Removing heated products General warehouse duties What We’re Looking For: * Good attention to detail — you’ll spot when something doesn’t look right * Ability to work under pressure and keep things moving * Team player with a positive attitude * Someone who takes pride in their work * Someone who is physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks * Reliability and good time-keeping Please also note there are strong chemical smells due to the printing process.
