HR Associate
Location: Eccles (Hybrid Working – flexibility required for 5 days in office when needed)
Salary: Circa £30,000 DOE

The Opportunity
Working closely with the HR BP's you’ll play a key role in supporting multiple UK business units. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of HR activities, giving you the chance to develop your skills and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting across a wide range of HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, and learning & development
Assisting with performance management, probation processes, and employee engagement initiatives
Managing HR administration and contributing to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
Supporting payroll processes and ensuring a smooth employee experience
Acting as a key point of contact via the HR inbox, providing timely and accurate responses
Coordinating company initiatives such as awards, newsletters, and long service recognition
Supporting compliance and providing basic HR guidance to managers and employees
Getting involved in ad-hoc projects and wider business initiatives
About You
A few years’ experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
Proactive, adaptable, and confident managing a varied workload
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
A positive, can-do attitude with the drive to learn and grow
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
