Senior Mechanical Project Manager – London Up to £80K + Electric Car + Hybrid Working Want the freedom to run projects properly without being micromanaged? This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established mechanical contractor delivering projects across healthcare, education, commercial and warehouse environments throughout London and the South East. Projects typically range from £300K - £2M, with the successful Senior Mechanical Project Manager overseeing multiple live projects at once across: * Hospitals & healthcare facilities * Schools & education projects * Warehouses & industrial facilities * HVAC & plant-focused mechanical installations The Role As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of full mechanical delivery including: * Plantrooms * Pipework * Plumbing * HVAC systems You’ll manage a combination of directly employed labour and specialist subcontractors while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. The role offers a genuine mix of autonomy and support, with flexible hybrid working and a balance of office and site-based responsibilities. Who They’re Looking For The ideal Senior Mechanical Project Manager will have a strong mechanical background, ideally coming from the tools as a plumber or pipefitter before progressing into project management. They’re looking for someone who: * Can run projects independently * Is commercially aware * Builds strong client relationships * Brings energy and positivity to projects * Understands mechanical delivery from the ground up Package * £70,000 - £80,000 DOE * Tesla company car or car allowance * 24 days holiday + bank holidays * Hybrid/flexible working
