Caretaker Location: Arno Vale Junior School, Nottingham, NG5 4JF Hours: 6:00–9:00am and 2:30–6:00pm, Monday–Friday Pay: £13.21 per hour Requirement: Enhanced DBS on the update service. ✨ Job Overview We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to provide long‑term sickness cover at Arno Vale Junior School. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a school safe, clean, and running smoothly. 🔧 Key Responsibilities * Building security — unlocking the site each morning and locking up at the end of the day * Compliance checks — routine safety and maintenance checks around the premises * Porterage duties — moving furniture, supporting school staff with basic site tasks * Light cleaning — small cleaning duties to support the wider cleaning team 🕒 Shift Pattern * Morning: 6:00am–9:00am * Afternoon: 2:30pm–6:00pm * Monday to Friday only 🛡️ Requirements * Enhanced DBS on the update service * A proactive, trustworthy, and hands‑on approach * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively If you are interested in this job role, please send Rachael at our Mansfield office a copy of your upto date CV and Enhanced DBS Certificate
