Plumber Multi Trade

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a busy Voids Team working within the Social Housing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishment works on behalf of local authorities and housing associations. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs and multi-trade works within empty social housing properties, ensuring homes are brought back up to lettable standard efficiently and to a high quality. Duties & Responsibilities: * Carrying out all aspects of plumbing repairs within void properties * Bathroom and kitchen replacements/repairs * Pipework, radiators, taps, sinks, toilets and drainage works * Basic multi-trade duties including: * Carpentry repairs * Patch plastering * Tiling * Painting & making good * Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard * Working independently across a designated patch * Maintaining strong health & safety standards Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (preferred) * Proven experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance * Experience within void properties highly desirable * Multi-trade experience advantageous * Full UK Driving Licence * Strong customer service and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer: * Long-term work with potential permanent opportunities * Company van & fuel card * Weekly pay (if temporary) * Stable, ongoing contract * Supportive management team * Immediate start available ITS Property Maintenance are acting as an employment business on the temp nature of this role
