About the role

The opportunity

You’ll report into the Growth Director and lead a small team of performance marketing specialists, with the expectation that the function grows as you scale it. This isn’t a role where you inherit a finished machine; you’ll be setting the strategy, improving the infrastructure, and getting into the detail when it matters. The brand has strong creative assets, a growing US market, and real commercial momentum. Your job is to turn that into efficient, profitable growth.

What you'll be doing

Own acquisition strategy

  • Define and lead growth marketing strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search and Affiliates, with accountability for channel mix and budget allocation
  • Lead acquisition planning across UK, US and EU markets, ensuring channel strategy aligns to growth targets and commercial priorities
  • Continuously identify where the next growth opportunity is and translate that into clear action
  • Own performance across acquisition channels with accountability for new customer and ROAS targets
  • Lead and develop the in‑house performance marketing team, raising the quality of thinking and execution across paid channels
  • Manage the PPC agency relationship, ensuring it’s well‑directed and delivering against the right priorities
  • Improve reporting and accountability so performance data is clear, commercial and actionable

Drive creative testing and messaging

  • Lead the creative testing process across paid channels in close partnership with the Paid Social Creative Strategist
  • Use customer insight and funnel understanding to shape stronger hooks, messaging and briefs
  • Iterate on creative with a clear focus on reducing CPA and improving acquisition quality
  • Work with the brand and organic teams to ensure paid creative benefits from broader campaign thinking

Strengthen landing pages and funnels

  • Own the strategy behind paid landing pages and acquisition funnels
  • Write strong briefs that translate campaign goals and customer insight into high‑converting experiences
  • Work closely with the eCommerce team to get pages built, improved and live quickly

What we're looking for

You’ll have demonstrable experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or acquisition, not just executing within a single channel, but leading across multiple. You're highly analytical but you understand creative, and you know the difference between a metric that matters and one that doesn't. You're the kind of person who spots inefficiency, designs a fix, and sees it through.

Strong experience across Paid Social and Paid Search is a must, as is a proven ability to own or shape acquisition strategy in a scaling consumer brand. Experience managing internal teams and external agencies, comfort with both commercial metrics (ROAS, CPA) and creative metrics, and a solid grasp of funnel and landing page thinking are all essential. Experience in Affiliates, UK/US multi‑market working, or DTC growth specifically are a bonus.

Culturally, this business moves fast and cares deeply about what it builds. You’ll thrive here if you’re entrepreneurial, action‑oriented, and genuinely excited by the idea of working at a brand with both strong commercial ambition and real purpose behind it.
