If you're a hands-on engineering professional with strong leadership skills, you'll lead a skilled team delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services for rail products. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a technical team. Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support problem-solving. Manage workflows, work orders, and reporting through SAP.Requirements: Practical engineering background (electrical or fully qualified electrician preferred). Leadership experience managing technical teams in maintenance/overhaul environments. SAP or ERP system experience.
