Part Time Accountant (Xero exp)

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accountant to work for a growing property company based in Guildford, Surrey area. The Accountant role will be working on a part time basis 3 days a week. This is a great varied accounting and everyday finance type role which will support with building a robust financial processes from the ground up! Hours: Part time - 3 days a week Salary: £45-48K (Full time equivalent then a pro rata salary for the 3 days) Accountant duties: Oversee financial operations, including bookkeeping, management accounting, and reporting Prepare quarterly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, balance sheet and variance analysis Bank reconciliations and control account reconciliations Cash flow monitoring and forecasting Rent & Service Charge Accounting Preparation and submission of VAT returns Raising and processing of invoices and payments Assisting with year-end accounts and audit processesSkills and experience: Experience of working within an SME / start up type business as an Accountant Good IT skills such as Excel and experience of Xero Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
