About the role

Are you an experienced Assistant Branch Manager and have trade counter experience? Are you self motivated and passionate to drive and increase sales within a customer facing role? . This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well established business where you can develop to Branch Manager. There is a salary of £32,000 plus bonus to potentially earn a package of £40,000 and the best part is there is no weekend working, just Monday to Friday. Driving licence is essential for this role. The Role: Leading, motivating, and developing the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service. Driving internal and external sales to meet and exceed branch targets while following company policies and procedures. Actively promoting and selling the products and services. Strengthening the brand locally. Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate stock control. Keeping the branch clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked with products and promotional materials. Maintaining detailed customer records including sales, enquiries, and follow‑ups. Ensuring the Workshop is at capacity. Handling time‑keeping, attendance, and disciplinary processes in line with company procedures. About You: A confident leader with strong people‑management skills. Someone commercially minded, target‑driven, and proactive Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Strong organisational ability and attention to detail. Hands‑on and leads by example and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Must hold a current, valid UK driving licence.
