Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP 📍 Leeds City Centre 💰 £65,000 - £75,000 + Package We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial management of major MEP packages on a landmark £200m high-rise student accommodation development in Leeds city centre. This is a predominantly site-based role, managing multi-million-pound Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations from procurement through to final account. Key Responsibilities Manage cost control, CVRs, valuations, variations, and final accounts Prepare cost plans, estimates, BoQs, and tender documentation Procure and manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers Negotiate subcontract agreements and monitor commercial performance Work closely with project, operational, and design teams to ensure successful deliveryRequirements Proven Senior QS experience within construction or MEP projects Strong commercial management and cost control background Experience on large-scale residential, student accommodation, or high-rise developments Excellent procurement, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsWhat's on Offer £65,000 - £75,000 salary + package Major £200m project exposure Long-term progression opportunities Predominantly site-based role with limited hybrid flexibility RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
