What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and manage adult social care services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.
Implement and monitor plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
Drive continuous improvement through innovation and reflective practice.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and prepare services for inspection readiness.
Foster a positive, inclusive culture while developing a high-performing team.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience in managing adult social care services, particularly with autism or complex needs.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, safeguarding, and person-centred approaches.
Exceptional leadership, people management, and budget management skills.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
