Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established and highly respected construction specialist is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a diverse range of high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across the UK. The role is predominantly office-based, offering stability and structured working, with occasional visits to project sites as required. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key responsibilities include: * Managing project costs, budgets, and forecasts * Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and final accounts * Procurement and subcontractor management * Risk management and cost control * Supporting project teams with commercial insight and reporting * Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and supply chain partners About You * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction * Strong knowledge of fit-out, refurbishment, or main contracting projects * Commercially astute with excellent cost management skills * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience) What’s on Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Predominantly office-based role with limited travel * Opportunity to work on varied, high-quality projects * Supportive, collaborative team environment * Clear progression opportunities within a growing business
