A London‑based organisation is hiring a Senior Consultant for its International Healthcare Consultancy team, with a focus on Korean‑language client support. Job Description The role involves working as a Senior Consultant within an International Healthcare Consultancy team, based in London. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of consultancy activities in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment, with scope for professional development and progression. Key Responsibilities MANAGING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, INCLUDING: ・Acting as a primary point of contact for Korean‑speaking clients ・Drafting reports on client‑related issues as part of daily work ・Conducting research for client presentations and advisory materials ・Supporting and overseeing changes to benefit arrangements ・Responding to client enquiries accurately and promptly SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES‑RELATED ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING: ・Building and targeting a prospect list ・Actively supporting new business development initiatives ・Contributing to the development of long‑term client relationships MAINTAINING AND ENHANCING PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE, INCLUDING: ・Keeping product and market knowledge up to date ・Holding regular meetings with insurers and external partners ・Developing knowledge through self‑directed learning with guidance from senior colleagues ・Carrying out other related duties as required Requirements Essential Requirements ・Native‑level or professional‑level fluency in spoken and written English and Korean ・Excellent communication skills ・Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits practices and disciplines ・Experience working with products and services across risk and healthcare advice ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ・Right to work in the UK without time restrictions(e.g. ILR or Spouse Visa holders) Desirable Requirements ・Professional-level fluency in spoken and written Japanese We regret to inform applicants that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
