We’re now looking for a People Business Partner, someone who will help shape our culture, support our leaders, and continue our journey towards becoming an exceptional organisation. What You’ll Be Doing
As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in creating a high‑performing, inclusive and values‑led working environment.
You will:
* Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, organisational change, wellbeing, inclusion and performance
* Work closely with leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver people plans aligned with Golding’s strategy
* Contribute to people projects, policy development and data‑led insights
* Act as a trusted partner and critical friend to senior colleagues

More About You
You will be:
* CIPD‑qualified level 5 or more (or equivalent) with experience in a senior advisory and business partnering roles
* Skilled in managing complex employee relations and advising confidently at senior level
* Knowledgeable in employment law, people policy and modern approaches to engagement and inclusion
* A strong communicator, resilient, collaborative and comfortable handling competing priorities
* Values‑led, people‑focused and motivated to help colleagues and culture thrive
When and Where You'll Be Doing It
* 37‑hour week
* Salary circa £50,000, depending on experience
* Flexible hybrid working
* Collaboration time in our bright, modern Maidstone office, designed for connection and creativity
