We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant on behalf of our client in Derby to support students with a diverse range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, MLD, and SEMH.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support that enables each student to access the curriculum, engage in learning, and reach their full potential.
This role involves delivering one-to-one and small group interventions, adapting resources to meet individual learning styles, and implementing strategies to support behaviour, communication, and emotional regulation.
The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and nurturing, with a strong understanding of SEND practices and a genuine passion for supporting young people. xwzovoh
