Job description: Legal Advisor – Complex Recoveries Location: Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd are recruiting on behalf of their client for an experienced Legal Advisor – Complex Recoveries to join a high-performing personal injury team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven legal professional to take ownership of a high-value litigated caseload, focusing on recovery claims exceeding £10,000. The Role You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of complex, high-volume litigated RTA recovery claims, ensuring files are progressed efficiently while maximising recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Manage a caseload of high-value RTA recovery claims (£10,000+) * Handle litigated matters from instruction through to settlement or trial * Maximise recoveries in line with business objectives * Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records * Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties * Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements Requirements * Previous experience handling litigated RTA recovery claims * Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures * Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Experience using case management systems What’s on Offer * Competitive salary depending on experience * Clear progression opportunities * Supportive and collaborative working environment
