About the role

Process Analyst We are recruiting a Process Analyst to join our client based in Tamworth. This is a key role focused on driving continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations, using data led insights to optimise processes and enhance performance. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will play a pivotal role in identifying efficiencies, implementing change, and ensuring operational excellence across the supply chain. As a Process Analyst, you will need to have/be: Experience in a process analyst or continuous improvement role, or a recent graduate with a strong interest in process improvement and operational excellence Background in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or a related operational environment, or a relevant degree with a desire to build a career in this area Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets Proven experience in process mapping and workflow optimisation Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement techniques Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g. AMOS or similar) Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective process improvements Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Experience monitoring KPIs and evaluating process performance Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and workflow diagrams Understanding of compliance reporting and data submission requirements (desirable)Details: Salary: £31, 500 - £32, 000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm Location: Tamworth Duration: PermanentRole of Process Analyst: Analyse existing logistics and warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Conduct detailed data analysis and process mapping to support continuous improvement initiatives Design and implement process improvements aligned with business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout of process changes Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment on proposed improvements Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes using KPIs and performance metrics Carry out process audits and recommend further enhancements based on findings Create and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and workflow diagrams Support compliance activities by providing data for regulatory submissions Produce and submit regular productivity and performance reports to headquarters Provide ad hoc data analysis and support to wider team as required Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and continuous improvement methodologies Monitor, collect and report Near Miss data to support continuous improvement and risk reduction. Provide support on ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the wider team.
