Architectural Technologist

Konker is working with a leading RIBA practice to find an Architectural Technologist to join their Newport office.    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a practice delivering standout schemes across the UK.   You'll be getting involved in exciting, fast-moving projects, helping to deliver technical information at RIBA Stages 4-6.   This includes producing detailed drawing packages, supporting on-site construction work, and contributing to project coordination with both internal and external teams.   To Be Considered:- Architectural Technologist  Worked as an Architectural Technologist in a UK architectural practice Ideally MCIAT qualified or actively working towards chartered status Solid understanding of UK Building Regs, CDM responsibilities, and technical delivery Confident in producing detailed working drawings and writing specs Comfortable delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5 & 6 Skilled in Revit or similar BIM software Clear communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset Able to manage your own workload while contributing to the wider team What's in it for you?
