The role of the Roofing Supervisor Commercial Roofing will involve:

• Roofing Supervisor positions dealing with the refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems
• Deliver contracts to a high standard in line with company offers and exceed client expectations through effective communication and site management.
• Take full responsibility for health and safety compliance, ensuring all inspections, inductions, risk assessments, and reporting requirements are completed.
• Monitoring, inspecting and reporting on site teams to ensure quality compliance
• Regularly supervise sites to monitor quality, progress, subcontractor performance, and overall presentation, aiming for zero snags and callbacks.
• Maintain accurate records of site activity, progress, variations, and inspections using company systems.
• Support commercial and operational delivery by measuring works, managing materials and site setup, and reporting risks or issues to senior management promptly
• Working on projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £1,000,000

The ideal applicant will be a Roofing Supervisor Commercial Roofing with:

Must have pitched roofing experience

Must have strong understanding both of health and safety and quality control

Would consider a Roofer, Roofing Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Site Manager, Roofing Surveyor, Roofing Technician, Site Technician etc

CSCS card

Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation

Positive attitude with xwzovoh a willingness to learn

Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor

Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal

IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Full UK driving license
