HR Manager

(This does include a drug and alcohol test)Responsibilities:Playing a pivotal part in the Organisations HR team and acting as a subject matter expert for Manufacturing LeadersProviding guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure HR polices and practices are followed accordinglyProposding business strategies to compliment business needsActing as the main point of contact on site for HR casesAssessing and recommending organisational change as required with evidence presentedProviding leadership to develop the workforce at the worksProviding expertise on employee relations matters, organisational change, consultations, restructures, redeployment and change managementCoaching and developing stakeholders within the business to maximise their leadership capabilityWorking with talent acquisition and management to maintain, then grow the workforceEssential requirements:Degree (HR) and/or CIPD holder (Levels 5 or 7)CIPD membership (Associate and above)Substantial experience supporting in excess of 300 FTE (on site)Experience working in a standalone HR role (3+years)Remote case advisor experience (advantageous)Proven experience within change managementPrior experience supporting in a HR role within a Unionised environmentSolid employee consultation and confidence with the end to end processApproachable persona and ability to handle confidential information at all timesStrong verbal and written communication skillGood IT literacy skill, especially MS office and HR systemsA commercial mindset with the ability to also maintain high ethical standardsBenefits:35 days holidays per annumAnnual Pay ReviewQuarterly Bonus Scheme - subject to business performanceOne of the UK's leading defined contribution pension schemes (10% employer contribution / 6% employee contribution)Employee Assistance Programme for financial, mental and physical supportEmployee discount scheme including discounts with Vodafone and Jaguar Land RoverOpportunity for progression into senior positionsAbility to learn, grow and develop with additional training and funded coursesDoes this role sound interesting?
