The company work across several framework schemes and have recently been awarded new contracts for kitchen and bathroom replacement & retrofit (EWI) schemes across the Manchester region. As a result, they are looking for Site Managers to join their team on a permanent basis.You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the teamMonitoring the quality of workLiaising with the clientProgramming works Ordering materialsExperience needed:SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly kitchen and bathroom schemes.
